Cheshire Cheese Stuffed Chicken Thighs

We’re celebrating Cheshire Day with this easy, super tasty cheesy chicken dish!


  1. 200g Garlic and Cracked Black Pepper Cheshire Cheese
  2. 600g Chicken Thighs Fillets
  3. 200g Spanish Serrano Ham
  4. Salt & Pepper


  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees C.
  2. Take the chicken thighs out of the packaging, put on a plate and season with salt and pepper. Leave to one side.
  3. Slice the 200g Truckle of Garlic & Cracked Black Pepper cheese roughly into the number of chicken thighs you have.
  4. Open the chicken thighs and place cheese inside each thigh, ensuring the cheese is evenly distributed and each one is full of cheese!
  5. Carefully wrap each stuffed chicken thigh with two slices of serrano ham, ensure the ham wraps tightly around the thigh.
  6. Place on a baking tray and cook for around 25 minutes, until the serrano ham has crisped and the chicken is thoroughly cooked through and piping hot in the middle.
  7. Tuck in & Enjoy!

We served our stuffed Chicken thighs with delicious, rosemary cubed roast potatoes and vine cherry tomatoes but you can pick your favourite side dishes!
