Date Night Mini Cheese Love Heart Pizza Bites Recipe

Looking for a fun and romantic date night activity that ends with a delicious snack? These mini pizza hearts are a great Valentine’s night in with your partner or friends.

These flavoursome nibbles are perfect for a tasting experience, we use our Italiano Garlic and Tomato Cheddar and our Smokewood Smoked and Aged Red Leicester, but you could choose your own selection from our range of unique flavours to experiment with!

Ingredients

• 100g Italiano Cheddar
• 100g Smokewood Red Leicester
• 400g Pizza Dough
• 60g Tomato Puree
• Your choice of toppings (we used basil and salami for ours)

Method

1. Roll out your pizza dough and use a heart cutter to cut into small heart shapes
2. Top each heart with a teaspoon of tomato puree
3. Generously sprinkle your grated cheese onto your pizza hearts
4. Top with your desired toppings on each pizza
5. Bake in the oven at 180°C for around 10 minutes until the cheese has melted and slightly browned
6. Remove from oven, pair with your favourite dip and enjoy!
