Flatbread Pizza with Sun-Dried Tomatoes

This Italiano Roasted Tomato, Garlic and Cheddar Tart is easy to make and features fresh summer tomatoes and our new Italiano cheese.

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Spread your pizza topping sauce evenly over each flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle a generous amount of Italiano cheese over the sauce on each flatbread.
  5. Arrange the sliced sun-dried tomatoes on top of the cheese.
  6. Place the prepared flatbread pizzas in the preheated oven and bake for about 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the flatbreads are golden brown.
  7. Once baked, remove the flatbread pizzas from the oven.  Garnish with fresh basil leaves.  Slice the pizzas into wedges or squares and serve immediately.
