Enjoy our brand new Pesto with this vibrant summer salad, a refreshing combination of juicy salad vegetables, fragrant fresh pesto, and our creamy Pesto Cheshire.
Cook the pasta according to the pack instructions. Once cooked, drain and run under cold water to cool it down.
Prepare the vegetables by chopping your cucumber and tomatoes into bite-sized pieces, and roughly chop the spinach. Using a cheese knife, crumble the Pesto Cheshire into small pieces.
Add the cooked and cooled pasta, chopped vegetables, fresh pesto, a drizzle of olive oil and half of the crumbled Pesto Cheshire to a salad bowl and toss until combined and coated in pesto.
Crumble the rest of the Pesto Cheshire on top of the salad, garnish with fresh basil leaves and enjoy!
