Ingredients

Method

  1. Heat wine in a saucepan until it bubbles, let cook for a couple of minutes
  2. Add half of the grated Hunter cheddar and Gruyere to the pan and stir until melted
  3. Then add the rest of the cheese and stir again until melted
  4. Add the cornflour and nutmeg and stir in until the sauce is thick and smooth.
  5. Pour into a fondue dish
  6. Enjoy with fresh crusty bread, crudites and a glass of your favourite wine!
