Description: This 18th century style beer uses lashings of chocolate malt & subtle Fuggles hopping to make a dark, sumptuous and comforting ale. 

SIR PHILIP Premium Bitter ABV: 4.2% Hops: Target and Fuggles Colour: 20 (Copper) Bitterness: 26
Amber in colour, this premium bitter has light malty overtone, balanced with the classic pairing of Fuggles and Target hops

LIFE OF RILEY Summer Ale ABV: 4.2%
Derek Riley was born and brought up in Wincle so life in the fast lane has never been a priority. Now he has reached retirement we fully expect him to start slowing down and taking his drinking more seriously.

RAMBLER Amber Ale ABV: 4.0% Colour: 17 Bitterness: 29
Strolling through ancient recipes we stumbled across the idea for this distinctive country ale. Plenty of Crystal Malt and Bramling Cross hops gives this beer a subtle balance of malt and autumn fruit hoppiness.

BURKES CHOICE Full bodied pale ale ABV: 5% Hops: Cascade. Colour: 15 Copper Bitterness: 32 Brewed to a traditional recipe using Marris Otter & Crystal Malt. Hopped with Cascade to give a refreshing, fruity & citrus note
