We ship 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday, for delivery on the next working day to all areas of the United Kingdom, including the UK mainland and outlying Isles. We use the Royal Mail 24 service to deliver your parcel where possible next day, although this is not a guaranteed service. The cost of shipping is fixed for all UK destinations and is often on special offer or free for UK mainland orders over £35.00. While next day delivery is not guaranteed, the majority of parcels are successfully delivered the next working day. The cut-off for despatch is 2pm Monday to Friday and 11am on Saturday. This is not guaranteed, and at times of high order volumes, despatch may be delayed. We do not ship to the USA, the EU, or any other international destinations.
We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver products on or before the date for delivery set out in our order confirmation or, if no date is set out in our order confirmation, within seven days of the date of our order confirmation. However, we cannot guarantee delivery by the relevant date. We do, however, guarantee that unless there are exceptional circumstances, all deliveries of products will be dispatched within one day of the later of receipt of payment and the date of our order confirmation.

You may cancel your contract to purchase a product or products at any time before the parcel is shipped. You are entitled to cancel the contract with us within 7 days (subject to the limitations set out below).
If you cancel a contract on this basis, you must inform us in writing and return the products to us immediately, at your own cost, in the same condition in which you received them. Cheese will not be accepted for return as it is considered unsaleable once it leaves us, and the return of these items could cause a contamination risk. Products returned by you in accordance with this section will be refunded in full. However, you will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the product to us.
If you cancel a contract on this basis and do not return the products to us, we may recover the products and charge you for the costs incurred in doing so. Similarly, if you return the products at our expense, we may pass that expense on to you.
Consumers’ statutory rights: Nothing in these terms of sale affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
The advertising of products on our website constitutes an “invitation to treat”; your order for products constitutes a contractual offer. No contract will come into force between you and us unless and until we accept your order in accordance with the procedure detailed below.
To enter into a contract to purchase products from us, you will need to take the following steps: (i) add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout; (ii) select your preferred delivery method and, by placing the order, confirm your acceptance of these terms of sale; (iii) you will be transferred to our secure payment provider to complete payment; (iv) we will send you an initial acknowledgment; and (v) once we have checked stock and order details, we will either send you an order confirmation (at which point your order becomes binding) or notify you by email if we are unable to meet your order.

We therefore recommend that you download, print, and retain a copy of these terms for your records.

Before you place your order, you will have the opportunity to identify and correct any input errors by reviewing your basket at checkout.
If you cancel a contract and are entitled to a refund, we will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used to make payment. We will process the refund as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of receiving your valid notice of cancellation. Prices for products are quoted on our website. While we take care to ensure all prices are correct, it is possible that errors may occur. Prices will be confirmed as part of our order process so that the correct price will be stated in your shopping basket.

These terms constitute the entire agreement and understanding between the parties in relation to the purchase of products from our website, and supersede all prior agreements. Each party acknowledges that no representations not expressly contained in these terms have been made by or on behalf of the other party.
These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising under or in relation to these terms.

This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who have received the giveaway email and place an order on the Cheshire Cheese Company website between 1:00pm on 9th December 2025 and 2:00pm on 11th December 2025.
Every qualifying order placed within the promotional window by a recipient of the giveaway email will be automatically entered into the prize draw. No minimum spend is required.
One winner will receive a refund equivalent to the full value of their qualifying order. Only one order per customer may win.
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the promotion ends.
The winner will be contacted directly via our official communication channels only. If the winner does not respond within the timeframe specified in the notification, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
The prize will be issued as a refund to the original payment method used at checkout. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
