We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 service for all parcels across the UK, which provides email updates on the progress of your delivery. We deliver orders 6 days (Tuesday to Sunday) per week, and we aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible, but this can take up to 3 working days once the order has been placed.
*Please note we do not offer any guaranteed express or next-day delivery service, and dispatch times may be subject to delays during peak times.
Please note that a signature may be required. Parcels containing alcohol must be signed for by someone over 18 years of age. If you cannot accept the parcel, you will need to collect it from your local sorting office.
A photograph of your successful delivery will be available on the Royal Mail tracking website. Please contact us if you have any issues with your delivery.
Once we have printed your parcel label, you will automatically be issued an email containing your tracking number. Your tracking number will not activate until the courier has collected the parcel from us. If you have not had a delivery within 5 days of your email please contact us via email at [email protected] quoting your order number or email address.
Please note we are currently using APC and Royal Mail courier services. Please ensure you are entering your tracking number on the correct courier website for your order.

Our Tracked Delivery service costs £4.95 or is FREE for orders £35 and over, shipping to anywhere in the UK, including the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands including Guernsey and Jersey, plus Isles including Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Isle of Scilly. We ship our parcels on a Royal Mail Tracked 24 Service, and Tracked UK delivery takes between 1 and 3 working days as standard.
After you place your order with us, our team will start picking and packing it as part of our fulfillment process. Once this process has begun, we cannot guarantee that your order can be amended. However, if you urgently need to change your order, please contact us. We will always do our very best to help and accommodate, although it may not always be possible.
When your order is dispatched, we will send you an email to let you know, and this will include your Royal Mail tracking number. If you opted in, you will also receive an SMS message from us and Royal Mail with the tracking number. This can be used on their website here.

We’ve got you covered! Our products make the perfect gift, and at the checkout stage you can add a greeting or message to the recipient. We recommend adding a gift message wherever possible so the receiver knows who sent the gift. For privacy compliance purposes we do not include the senders name and address on the packing sheet with the greeting printed on to it – we also do not include the price of the item.
We can provide this service, but please be aware that we may not always be able to fulfil this request during our busy periods. We also may not be able to delay an order if your order has already been dispatched. During busy seasons like Christmas, we suggest using our Pre-Order service. This allows you to place your order in advance and ensures delivery close to the gifting occasion.
We deliver to the USA on a 1 – 3 day service with DHL Express Worldwide, calculated at the checkout stage. Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow its progress. Prices start from £15.00 via DHL Express. this is typically a 1 - 2 day delivery service.
We have had to suspend the sending of any parcels to the EU. As a result of Brexit, the EU now requires an EHC document with every consignment sent to the EU. This is a Veterinary Surgeon who issues health certificates costing £180.00 each. This is normally only a requirement for wholesale bulk shipments to any country. All non-EU countries have an exemption for personal consumption. The EU, however, does not have this arrangement, and therefore, both a pallet of cheese and a single cheese now require a health certificate.

We also use Protega Void-Fill, this unique paper void-fill does not ‘settle’ in transit meaning your products are less vulnerable to damage throughout the courier networks. Our paper packaging comes from sustainable sources, and we maximise the recycled paper content of our products.
