Delivery across the UK with Royal Mail Tracked 24

Our pricing is very simple, it costs £4.95 to get your order delivered to any address in the UK and this includes all of the Highlands & Channel Isles, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man. Delivery is FREE for all orders over £35.

Delivery to the UK

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24* service for all parcels across the UK who will provide email and SMS updates on the progress of your delivery. We deliver Monday to Saturday, usually the next day if you order before 2pm on working days or 11am on Saturday for a Monday delivery.

*Please note we do not offer a guaranteed next-day delivery service and dispatch times may be subject to delays during peak times.

Please note that a signature may be required, parcels containing alcohol must be signed for by someone over 18 years of age. Please note that if you are not able to accept the parcel you will need to collect this from your local sorting office.

A photograph of your successful delivery will be available on the Royal Mail tracking website, please contact us if you have any issues with your delivery.

 

 

Tracking Your Delivery

Once we have printed your parcel label, you will automatically be issued an email containing your tracking number. Your tracking number will not activate until the courier has collected the parcel from us. If you have not had a delivery within 5 days of your email please contact us via email at [email protected] quoting your order number or email address.

Please note we are currently using APC and Royal Mail courier services. Please ensure you are entering your tracking number on the correct courier website for your order.

We deliver six days a week, Monday to Saturday with Saturdays orders being delivered on Monday.

Delivery is £4.95 to all of the UK including the Highlands, all of the Isles and Northern Ireland. Delivery is FREE for all orders over £35.

When we despatch your order, you will be sent an email with a tracking reference for either the Royal Mail or DHL if it is an international consignment. If you opted in, you will, receive an SMS message from us and Royal Mail with a tracking number. This can be used on their website here.

A photograph of your successful delivery will be available on the Royal Mail tracking website, please contact us if you have any issues with your delivery.

You can send the parcel as a gift and at the checkout stage you can add a greeting or message to the recipient. For privacy compliance purposes we don’t include the senders name and address on the packing sheet with the greeting printed on to it. It is important that a gift message is added so the receiver knows who has sent the gift. We do sell greetings card but we cannot currently personalise them but this will be an option next year.

We can offer this service but not during the very busy run up to Christmas.

Delivery to the USA

We deliver to the USA on a 1 – 3 day service with DHL Express Worldwide, calculated at the checkout stage. Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow its progress. Prices start from £15.00 via DHL Express. this is typically a 1 - 2 day delivery service.

Delivery to the EU

We have had to suspend the sending of any parcels to the EU. As a result of Brexit, the EU now requires an EHC document with every consignment sent to the EU. This is a Veterinary Surgeon who issues health certificates costing £180.00 each. This is normally only a requirement for wholesale bulk shipments to any country. All non-EU countries have an exemption for personal consumption. The EU, however, does not have this arrangement, and therefore, both a pallet of cheese and a single cheese now require a health certificate.

We use HexcelPack™, which unlike polymer-based packaging materials, is 100% curb-side recyclable, biodegradable, and compostable. The Ultra-Stretch™ technology provides greater protection for your products and can be disposed of in an environmentally and socially responsible way, by simply recycling the material or reusing it.

We also use Protega Void-Fill, this unique paper void-fill does not ‘settle’ in transit meaning your products are less vulnerable to damage throughout the courier networks. Our paper packaging comes from sustainable sources, and we maximise the recycled paper content of our products.
