This Salchichon is crafted using the meat of wild Iberico pigs and is cured with sea salt before being air-dried for a period of 80 days. The presence of fat from the acorn diet lends a rich and full-bodied flavour to the final product, making it an ideal accompaniment to your cheeseboard.

We use the Royal Mail Tracked 24* service for all parcels across the UK, which provides email and SMS updates on the progress of your delivery.
We deliver orders five days a week, Tuesday through to Saturday, and we aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible. However, please allow up to 3 days for dispatch from the time your order is placed.
Delivery costs £4.95 to any address in the UK, including the Highlands, Channel Isles, Northern Ireland, and the Isle of Man. Delivery is FREE for orders over £35.
