Serving & Storage Tips…
- Remember all cheese is best enjoyed at room temperature to experience the best flavour profile.
- All cheeses need to be kept refrigerated for extended periods of time to maintain the excellent taste, texture, and wax. Once open wrap in cling film and keep refrigerated.
- All our cheese truckles freeze for 12 months either as a whole truckle or cut in half & wrap in cling film and freeze
