We’re keeping our subscriptions easy, cost effective and always delicious!

Simply decide which one of our four subscription tantalises your taste buds, then pick how often you would like to receive your subscription; every month, two months, or three months. Your box is then on a rolling subscription based on the day you subscribe - payment is taken every month you are due delivery, with your box being delivered 3 - 5 days later. Each delivery is sent on an Express Tracked 24 Service with Royal Mail.

We offer 4 different types of subscription boxes, including options for gourmet cheese, chutney and biscuits. With our flexible subscription boxes, you can also opt-out of spicy, garlic, sweet or blue cheese, tailoring it to your tastes! Please click here to see all our options.

Your box will be delivered around the same day each time (your first box will arrive within a few days of placing your order). You will receive an email notification and tracking number once your box has been dispatched.

When you initially purchase your subscription, you can decide how often you would like your cheese subscription delivered. You can select every 1, 2, or 3 months. The minimum subscription purchased is a quantity of three boxes.

Yes! Delivery is FREE with all our subscription boxes.

Yes. We use Royal Mail Tracked24 service to dispatch all our parcels. You will receive a tracking number via email to follow your parcels progress, once your box has been dispatched. This can sometimes go into your spam folder, so please check in there before contacting us.

All our cheeses are Gluten Free, apart from our Old Hag Ale & Mustard Cheddar. Our biscuits are not Gluten Free.

If you are Gluten Free, we would recommend going for The Cheshire Cheese Truckles Box or The Madhatter’s Cheese Selection box.

Yes! All of our cheese uses Vegetarian Rennet and we are certified by the Vegetarian Society as being VegSoc Approved.

Yes, all of our cheese is made with pasteurised milk, however we would recommend avoiding our blue cheese if you are pregnant.

The whole concept of a subscription is having fun, whilst trying new cheeses that you wouldn’t usually go for! We always recommend trying all the cheese you receive, as you may surprise yourself and love the flavour. If you are unsure on a flavour, try cooking with it instead, a cheeses profile can completely change once cooked or paired with something else. Alternatively, you can always count on a foodie friend or neighbour that will love it instead!

We take huge pride in our delicious & fine quality cheeses. However, if you feel they are not up to standard please email over a photo of the cheese along with your order number to [email protected]. Please note any complaints regarding the cheeses need to be made within 48 hours of delivery.

All our cheese needs to be kept refrigerated for long term storage. If the cheese arrives a little warm or soft don’t worry, the salt content in the cheese minimises the risk of harmful bacteria forming on the cheese. Just put them straight in the fridge to firm up.

You can also freeze our cheese for up to 12 months, defrost for 24 hours in the fridge before eating.

To prolong the cheeses life span, keep in the wax and wrap in cling film once opened and refrigerate.

Remember to always let cheese get to room temperature before eating, to experience the best flavour profile.

Please note, there is a minimum subscription of three boxes. If you have received your tracking number and your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel your order.

Yes, you can change the address you would like your subscription box sending to. However, this is only possible if you haven’t already received a tracking number for your latest box. The more notice you give, the better. Please amend this from your account page.
