This Cheshire Cheese recipe, which is a twist on the viral baked Feta, is so easy to make, tasty and, of course, so much better than Feta.
Preheat the oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4.
Put the 200g truckle of Cheshire Cheese into an oven-proof dish.
Slice the tomatoes and add to the oven-proof dish.
Drizzle with olive oil and add chilli flakes and Italian herbs.
Bake in the oven for 40 minutes or until the tomatoes burst and the Cheshire Cheese is golden on top.
In a large pot of water, add the pasta and cook for around 10 minutes or until soft and tender.
Remove the Cheese and tomatoes from the oven and add the mix. Add the pasta and garnish with any fresh herbs.
Serve immediately. Enjoy.
