Roasted Gincello Asparagus

This Roasted Asparagus recipe is the perfect accompaniment to any special dinner for Mum this Mother's Day.

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and trim the tough ends off the asparagus spears.
  3. Place the asparagus on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat the asparagus evenly.
  4. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the asparagus, adjusting to your taste preferences.
  5. Spread the asparagus out in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  6. Finely grate the Gincello Cheese and sprinkle over the asparagus.
  7. Roast in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the asparagus is tender but still crisp.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious roasted asparagus!
  9. Add lemon juice for extra flavour.
