Roasted Gincello Asparagus
This Roasted Asparagus recipe is the perfect accompaniment to any special dinner for Mum this Mother's Day.
Method
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Wash and trim the tough ends off the asparagus spears.
Place the asparagus on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat the asparagus evenly.
Sprinkle salt and pepper over the asparagus, adjusting to your taste preferences.
Spread the asparagus out in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Finely grate the Gincello Cheese and sprinkle over the asparagus.
Roast in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the asparagus is tender but still crisp.
Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious roasted asparagus!
Add lemon juice for extra flavour.
