Black Bob Cheesy Egg Bagel

This breakfast bagel is the perfect breakfast for Mum this Mother's Day. Use Mum's favourite Cheshire Cheese Company Cheese to make her an extra special bagel.

Ingredients

• 50g Cheshire Cheese Company Black Bob Extra Mature Cheddar Cheese (grated)
• 1 Bagel
• 2 eggs
• 'Everything Bagel' seasoning to taste

Method

1. Slice the bagel in half.
2. Grease the baking paper and add the bagel
3. Add the egg to the centre of the bagel.
4. Top each bagel with the grated cheese.
5. Air fry for 5 minutes until the eggs are cooked to your liking and the cheese is melted.
6. Remove from the air fryer and garnish with everything bagel seasoning.
