Everyone’s favourite, Mac and Cheese has been given a new update with our Smokey Tomato and Garlic Cheddar. This delicious recipe is perfect for either a stand-alone recipe or as a side dish for mum’s Mother's Day Dinner.
Serves 2
Heat the oven to 200c / 180 f / gas 6.
Add the pasta to a saucepan and cook for 2 minutes less than stated, (around 8 minutes)
Heat the butter in a separate pan and add the flour to make a roux.
Add the milk gradually and whisk until you have a lump-free sauce.
Grate the cheese and add to the pan gradually until all is melted.
Stir in the cooked pasta and transfer to small ramekins or a large oven-proof dish.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven for around 20 minutes or until golden and bubbling.
