These tasty, crumbly cheesy pastries are perfect for a mid-week supper or make the day before for an easy lunch.
Makes six pastries
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan or Gas Mark 4).
Roll out the pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut the pastry into six squares.
Toss the asparagus in olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Add a slice of prosciutto and then two asparagus spears to each slice of pastry.
Grate the Black Bob Mature Cheddar Cheese and add to the top of the asparagus.
Fold over by lifting opposite corners of the puff pastry and wrap around the asparagus.
Press to seal and brush with egg wash. Sprinkle with seasoning.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
