Cheshire Cheese Dip with Olive Bread

This Cheesy Dip is light and perfect for the Spring Season ahead. For a Greek twist, add shredded cucumber for a tzatziki alternative.

Ingredients

  • 125g Cheshire Cheese Company Traditional Cheshire Cheese (25g to garnish the dip)
  • 200g Sour cream
  • 200g Cream cheese
  • 200g Greek yoghurt
  • Squeeze of lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ tablespoon garlic powder
  • Teaspoon black onion seeds
  • Teaspoon crushed chilli flakes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Herbs to Garnish

Method

Slice and dice the Cheshire Cheese into small cubes.

Add the cream cheese, sour cream, Greek yoghurt, lemon juice, garlic powder and onion seeds.

Whisk in a blender until creamy and smooth.

Garnish with herbs, onion seeds, chilli flakes and more Cheshire Cheese.

Drizzle with Olive Oil and serve immediately.
