Jerk Spice Cheddar Cheese Breakfast Toasts

These cheese breakfast toasts are bursting with our jerk spice flavour. Fluffy scrambled eggs, spinach and topped with a slice of streaky bacon make these toasts a breakfast you will not forget.

Ingredients

• 1 clove of garlic, minced.
• 4 eggs, whisked.
• 100ml whole milk
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 slices of wholegrain bread, toasted.
• 100g Jerk Spice Cheddar Cheese, grated.
• 2 slices of streaky smoked bacon
• 50g fresh spinach

Method

In a large frying pan, add the garlic, eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Sauté over a medium heat, stirring constantly for 4 minutes until cooked and fluffy. Add the spinach and stir until wilted.

Grate in the cheese, add to the frying pan, and stir until melted.

Fry the bacon in a separate pan and cook until golden and crispy.

Toast the bread, add the scrambled eggs and add bacon to the top of the toast.

Serve immediately.
