Jerk Spice Cheddar Cheese Skewers

These skewers are perfect for picnic season. Make ahead with your favourite Cheshire Cheese Company Cheese, refrigerate and enjoy as a simple but tasty snack.

The great thing about these appetisers is that you can add whatever you want to the skewer. Here we have added chorizo and pickled cornichon, but you could add olives, pickled onion or fruit and add your favourite charcuterie too.
