Leftovers Cheeseboard Salad

Festive Cheese Skewers featuring Black Bob Extra Mature Cheddar

If it is possible to have leftovers from our delicious cheese, then an easy way to use up those little pieces of cheese is to put them into a simple salad like we have done here.

Ingredients

Any leftover Cheshire Cheese Company Cheese
Rocket or any of your favourite salad
Any leftover fruit or nuts

Method

Simply add all your ingredients to a bowl and mix.

Add your favourite dressing and enjoy.
