Masala Red Leicester Aromatic Flatbreads

Indulge in the vibrant flavours of India with our tantalisingly spiced Masala Red Leicester Flatbreads, where each bite is a delicious journey of aromatic bliss.

Ingredients

• 2 garlic and coriander naan bread or flatbreads
• 4 tablespoons of tikka sauce
• 100g Cheshire Cheese Company Masala Cheese, grated
• ¼ red onion chopped
• Coriander to garnish

Method

Preheat the oven to 200 C / Gas 7 and add tikka sauce to the flatbread/naan bread.

Grate the Masala Cheese and add a generous quantity to the top of your bread.

Finely chop the onion and add to the flatbread. 

Bake in the oven for 10 minutes until the cheese is golden and melted.

Garnish with coriander, and enjoy.
