Our Traditional Multi Award-winning Cheeseboard

This cheeseboard is perfect for the traditionalists, packed with our traditional, award-winning and best-selling cheese. This is the ideal after-dinner cheeseboard. Make this board with our Trio of Award-winning cheese.

Ingredients

• 200g Cheshire Cheese Company Vintage Cheddar
• 200g Cheshire Cheese Company Traditional Cheshire
• 200g Cheshire Cheese Company Smokewood Red Leicester
• Black Bob & Reserva Crackers
• 100g Mixed red and green grapes
• 100g Cherry tomatoes
• 50g Silverskin pickled onions
• 50g dried apricots
• 30g Walnuts (optional)

Method

1. Take a medium sized paddle board and arrange your cheese. (We have left our truckles whole in order for you and your guests to enjoy the process of using your cheese knife to remove delicious chunks of cheese.)
2. Remove the wax from the Smokewood cheese and cut into slices then into triangles and arrange in a zipper shape on your board.
3. Add the crackers to the board and place the pickled onions into a small ramekin.
4. Arrange the grapes and tomatoes and garnish with any herbs you may have.
