Rocket & Black Truffle Cheddar Breakfast Bagel

Elevate your breakfast with this Rocket, Truffle Cheddar and scrambled egg breakfast bagel.

Serves 1

Ingredients

35g The Cheshire Cheese Company Black Truffle Gourmet Luxury Cheese, grated.
1 avocado smashed with a little lemon juice
1 bagel, toasted
Handful of rocket
2 eggs
1 tablespoon butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Start by toasting the bagel.

Add the smashed avocado.

Scramble the egg in a frying pan by melting butter and whisking the egg until cooked.

Add to the bagel.

Grate the cheese and add to the hot scrambled egg.

Top with rocket and season to taste.

Add the top of the bagel and enjoy!
