Ingredients

• 100g Cheshire Cheese Company Black Bob Mature Cheddar
• 100g Cheshire Cheese Company Clementine Cheese
• 100g Cheshire Cheese Company Cranberry Cheese
• 50g Cheshire Cheese Company Charcoal Cheddar
• 50g Cheshire Cheese Company Reserva Cheddar
• 30g Red seedless grapes
• 30g Fresh cherries
• 50g Of your favourite olives
• 50g Dried apricots
• 20g Walnuts
• 25g Salted pistachios
• Edible gold leaf to garnish.

Method

Take a round paddle board or pizza board and wrap the handle with ribbon.

With the handle at the top, slice the Cheddar into diamond and rectangle shapes and arrange them across the centre of the board.

Next, take the olives and grapes and arrange them in a W shape below, following the line of the cheese.

Fill in the top and bottom of your board with walnuts, pistachios and dried apricots.

Garnish with edible gold leaf.
