Ingredients

• 100g Cheshire Cheese Company Hunter Cheddar
• 100g Cheshire Cheese Company Black Bob Cheese
• 100g Cheshire Cheese Company Jerk Spice
• 100g Cheshire Cheese Company Blue Cheese
• 50g of your favourite olives
• 20g Dried apricots, sliced
• 30g Raspberries
• Handful of pomegranate seeds
• 1 Fresh fig, quartered
• 1 Kiwi sliced
• 200g Salami (optional)
• Rosemary to garnish

Method

1. Take a large rectangular chopping board and start by cutting the kiwi into two to form a ‘Christmas Tree base.’
2. Arrange the salami at the base of the board by folding in half and adding a further slice by folding in half to form a chain.
3. Add the Cheshire Cheese Company Blue cheese by cutting it into small triangles.
4. Arrange the raspberries into a line, and then add the Jerk Spice cheese.
5. Add a further row of raspberries and add sliced Hunter and Black Bob Cheese to form the shape of the Christmas Tree.
6. Garnish with a fig cut into quarters and add the olives, pomegranate, and fresh rosemary.
7. For an extra luxury tree, garnish with edible gold leaf.
