The Cheshire Cheese Company Cheese Sweet Wreath

Cheese, chocolate and crisps are the perfect snacks for Christmas movie nights. Make this board from ‘our pick your own trio of cheese’ with the addition of Yorkshire crisps and Pump Street Kitchen chocolate.

Ingredients

• 100g Cheshire Cheese Company Masala Cheddar
• 100g Cheshire Cheese Company Shamrock Cheddar
• 100g Cheshire Cheese Company Black Bob Cheddar
• 100g of your favourite Chocolate, we have used Pump Street Kitchen Chocolate
• 30g walnuts
• 50g of your favourite crisps – we have used our Yorkshire Crisps here
• 1 sliced clementine
• Rosemary to garnish

Method

1. Take a round paddle board or pizza board.
2. Slice the cheeses into rectangles or rectangles and arrange around the edges of the board.
3. Add the nuts and crisps to ramekins and arrange on the board.
4. Slice the Shamrock cheese and add to your board.
5. Break the chocolate into small chunks and arrange on the board.
6. Garnish with fresh rosemary.
7. For an extra luxury tree, garnish with edible gold leaf.
8. Take a box of our Black Bob Crackers and enjoy the ultimate sweet and savoury combination.
9. Have fun creating your own designs, too, using any of your favourite Cheshire Cheese Company cheeses, vegetables, fruits, nuts and berries.
