The Perfect Grazing Board for St Patrick's Day

St Patrick’s Day is a day to celebrate the luck of the Irish and what better way than with our Irish Whiskey and Stem Ginger Cheddar!

Ingredients

• Cheshire Cheese Company Irish Whiskey & Stem Ginger Cheddar Truckle
• Cheshire Cheese Company Traditional Cheshire Truckle
• 50g Nocellara Olives
• ½ Green Apple, sliced
• 1 Kiwi, halved
• 30g Hummus
• ½ cucumber thinly sliced
• ½ green pepper
• 2 tablespoons silver skin onions
• 1 tablespoon fresh cress
• 3 pineberries
• 50g green grapes
• White flowers to garnish

Method

Take a circular board and slice the cheese into slices and arrange it on your board.

Cut the kiwi in half and arrange it on your board.

Add the olives and hummus to small ramekins and slice the apple thinly.

Add the ramekins to your board.

Cut the strawberries into halves and arrange them on your board.

Add the silver skin onions.

Using a vegetable peeler, peel the cucumber and arrange it into small curls.

Add to your board along with the cress.
