The Perfect Night in Cheese Board for two

This cheeseboard, perfect for two, can be made using either our Duo of Cheese and Red Wine Gift Box or our Cheeseboard for Two Gift Hamper. It's the perfect combination of delicious cheese, chutney and crackers and will make your cosy evenings in extra special this Christmas.

Ingredients

• 200g Cheshire Cheese Company Black Bob Cheese
• 200g Cheshire Cheese Company Reserva Cheese
• 1 Box of Cheshire Cheese Company Crackers
• 1 Jar Caramelised Onion Chutney
• 50g Dried Apricots
• 30g Fresh cherries
• 200g Salami, folded
• 30g Shelled pistachio nuts
• 50g Red grapes
• Herbs to garnish

Method

1. Start by taking a small board or plate and arrange your cheese on the board. Here, you can use a whole truckle or slice or cube your cheese as desired.
2. Fill two small ramekins with the nuts and pistachios and add to your board.
3. Arrange your salami around the cheese by folding it in half and wrapping it around another slice of salami.
4. Add the apricots and grapes and garnish with your favourite herbs. Enjoy!
