A Candy Cane Grazing Board

Candy canes and Christmas go hand in hand, just like Cheese and Christmas, so why not combine the two, get creative and make our Candy Cane grazing board. Use any of our cheese to create your perfect board. Here, we have used our choose your own trio bundle.

Ingredients

• 200g Cheshire Cheese Company Hunter Cheese
• 200g Cheshire Cheese Company Cheshire Cheese
• 200g Cheshire Cheese Company Shamrock Cheese
• 100g Frosted Cranberries (see this recipe)
• Black Bob Crackers
• 100g Fresh raspberries/strawberries
• 50g Chocolate coated pretzels
• 50g Red currants
• 50g Mini candy canes
• 20g Sliced cherry tomatoes
• Fresh sage or any herbs to garnish

Method

1. Take a large chopping board and slice your cheese ready to arrange it on the board.
2. Here you can use any of the Cheshire Cheese Company cheeses.
3. Simply arrange the board by alternating between red and white ingredients, stacking and arrange the cheese in between the ingredients.
4. You can use any of your favourite ingredients here, such as foiled sweeties, white chocolate or savoury items like breadsticks or nuts.
5. Garnish with herbs and use our frosty cranberry recipe to enhance any of your Christmas cheese boards this season.
